I confess that I’m a fan of cheap yummy food finds. From siomai to sisigs to ice scrambles. So a while ago, we were headed to Greenhills to have lunch. I had shawarma rice in mind but opted to go for PaoTsin instead. I had been an avid customer of PaoTsin since my college days because 1) yummy rice, 2) dumplings are yummier and 3) it’s relatively cheap. Their large buko juice which cost P20 is very refreshing as well.
I stood infront of their foodstop in the Theatre Mall food court and the guy offered me something different, a meal called Asian Chicken which includes rice, fried chicken fillet in Vietnamese sauce and 2pcs of fried Sharksfin dumplings. Not bad for P79.
Surprisingly, my meal came in a box. They usually serve their meals on styros but I guess for their new line, it comes in a box.
The chicken is crispy fried and the sauce that has been poured over is very light, yet oriental. The sweet and sour dip that comes with it is also good but I prefer not dipping the chicken in there. Anyway, a happy lunch for P99!
