Seaside Down South

Now, residents from South Luzon don’t need to go far to have a dining experience, the “dampa” way. Located in Daang Hari Alabang, Seaside, a compound of paluto restaurants with its own fresh market is now available for people to indulge.dampa

A friend and I tried Robbie’s Seafood Palutuan. It is located at the right-most part area of the compound. I like the clean-cozy feel of the place. There weren’t a lot people when we get in there yet, maybe because Seaside Alabang isn’t that much accessible due to lack of public transportation. But otherwise, it’s a nice place to dine in because it kinda keeps you away from the crowd.

Just like any other paluto restaurants, you have to buy your main ingredients in the market and have the restaurants cooked your preferred dishes. We asked our waiter if they could just buy those for us and yes, fortunately, they can -- without extra charges! We had them bought us a half a kilo of shrimps instead of prawns for our Tempura and half a kilo of mussels for our Baked Tahong with Cheese.

Our market charges: Php 290.

tempuraThe Tempura came in with a nice, very tasty dipping sauce. Though it isn’t that crispy, the flavor is there. For half a kilo, cooking charge costs Php180.

baked tahongThis is our Baked Tahong with Cheese. I loved these mussels because they weren’t much covered with cheese like what others would normally serve. The cheesiness is there but it doesn’t overpower the flavor of the mussels. The sprinkle of toasted garlic on top is a plus! Yum! Yum! Cooking charge: Php150.

Yang Chow Fried Rice
We paired our delicious viands with this bowl of delicious Yang Chow rice which costs Php250. The waiter told us that this is good for 2-3 persons but I can say that a couple more of good pals will not hurt if you share this gorgeous dish with them. We weren’t able to finish everything so we had the rest wrapped.

It’s a good place to spend time with your friends and family. All good dining experience at its freshest! Happy eating!

may I repost this on tumblr with your site first, and this as stated source? I thought that it's a good thing for my parents too that I helped them reblog about our business :D
