Halloween is in the air and here are luscious doughnuts to match the season, the Krispy Kreme way. The Krispy Skremes! *evil laughs*
Khris and I have been trying to get all four doughnuts since last week and today is our lucky day. Though a storm is currently bashing Manila, it didn’t stop us to get what we’ve been craving for. So, we went off from the office early to drop by the nearest Krispy Kreme branch for doughnuts and coffee. *grins*
We started with the most interesting doughnut, “The Skull”
It’s a strawberry-filled doughnut with a vanilla icing face and chocolate icing details. Among the four, this is the most delicious for us.
Next is the cutest of them! “The Crazy Pumpkin”.
It’s so cute I don’t wanna split it in half. But we did anyway. This doughnut isn’t filled with anything inside but the icing on top makes up for it. Besides, it’s cute!! Did I already tell you that it’s cute?
“The Spider Web.”
This doughnut is filled with creamy vanilla icing. Chocolate icing on top, with more vanilla icing for the spider web design. Perfectly paired with hot coffee.
And last but not the least, “The Halloween Sprinkles.”
Original glazed doughnut dipped in chocolate icing with orange candy sprinkles! By this time, I’m having a sugar-rush! Haha! But who cares? It’s Krispy Kreme!
