From a small eating place in a parking lot, it was transformed into a real resto bar and was named, Copper Grill. The establishment started their operations in March of 2009, and we had the pleasure of meeting
Copper Grill is a semi-fine dining garden restaurant with a competitive price for its target market. As I looked through the menu, I was delighted to find a wide array of unique food choices. Although most of the entrees are Filipino-inspired, there are a lot of dishes that are influenced by popular foreign cuisine, created the Copper-way.
Aside from the usual barbeque and tokwa’t baboy, they also serve steaks, pasta and pizza that is, of course best paired with ice-cold BEER (hail the beer ‘ye!) But it does not end there, the house’s seared tuna, also known as Aji Tataki is an entry in their menu that everyone must try! Basically, their vast options in the menu was inspired by customers and friends.
Last night we were offered to try some of their best-sellers. Let’s start with my personal favorite, THE Adobo Wrap.
Adobo Wrap – Php180.00
Tokwa’t baboy – Php165.00
Corned Spuds – Php180.00
Aji Tataki – Php330.00
All in all, dining in Copper Grill was a wonderful experience. A splendid feast for the eyes and an extraordinary treat to the sense of taste and the tummy as well! Super super thanks to Dennis Mariano and Ken Tan for having us. Cheers! Bottoms up!
